I Thought I Was Lazy… Until I Changed the Way I Ate

 For the longest time, I genuinely believed something was wrong with me. I was always tired. No matter how many motivational videos I watched…No matter how many times I promised myself I would “start fresh” on Monday. No matter how badly I wanted to become healthier… I just could not stay consistent. I would wake up feeling exhausted. Push myself through the day. Crave sugar and junk food constantly. Lose motivation halfway through the week. Then feel guilty all over again. And eventually, I started calling myself lazy. Maybe you know that feeling too. Watching other people wake up early, meal prep perfectly, go to the gym consistently, and somehow still have energy left over,  while you’re struggling just to make it through the day. It’s frustrating. It’s emotional. And honestly, it can make you feel like you’re failing at life. But here’s what I wish someone told me earlier: I wasn’t lazy. I was drained.
